Will James (Courtwood) is a music producer, audio engineer, artist, and performer based in Sydney, Australia.

With over a decade of experience in writing, producing, and performing, Will works from a recording studio located in Glebe, collaborating with a range of artists and clients. He guides projects from early demos through to recording, production, mixing, mastering, and final release.

As a performer, Will fronts an alternative rock project under the name Will James, playing original music at venues across Sydney’s CBD and Inner West. Will has independently produced, mixed, and mastered all of his original material since 2025.

Will studied at SAE Creative Institute from 2022 to 2026, earning a Diploma of Music and a Bachelor of Audio. He now works as a music producer and mix engineer and as a Trainer and Assessor at Oxford Creative Academy in Sydney, delivering the Certificate IV in Music.
